个人概况
陈震:中共党员,1990年出生,2018年毕业于厦门大学生物化工专业并获得博士学位,现就职于信阳师范学院167net必赢,主讲《酶工程》及《发酵工程》等本科生课程,主要从事微生物发酵与代谢调控的研究,参与多项国家科研项目,在J. Agric. Food Chem.,Biotechnol. Bioeng.及Microb. Cell Factories等期刊上发表论文十余篇,申请并授权多项国家发明专利。

工作介绍
1.基于多组学技术探究地衣芽孢杆菌合成胞外聚合物-多糖和聚谷氨酸-的生物合成过程及代谢调控机制。
2.基于代谢工程改造恶臭假单胞菌和酿酒酵母高效转化可再生资源-木质素-合成茶氨酸、原儿茶酸及黄酮等高附加值产品。
3.基于宏基因组测序技术挖掘各类食品用酶(茶氨酸合成酶、单宁酶、果胶酶、漆酶)基因,用于食品酶制剂的研究及开发。
